Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery time is estimated at 2–3 weeks (14–21 business days) depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, D Shoes is no longer responsible for the package. At that point, the shipment is handled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

• Delayed deliveries
• Lost or stolen packages
• Damaged packages during transit

For any shipping issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
